LB Group has completed the acquisition of Venator’s TiO₂ pigment plant at Greatham, UK, forming Tioxide.
The site, which produces premium chloride-process pigments for coatings and plastics, is set to restart in 2026. The move strengthens LB’s global footprint and aims to ensure continuity, innovation, and supply reliability.
It also reinforces its position in the European pigments market.
