Lenzing AG has extended chief pulp & chief technology officer Christian Skilich’s mandate until May 2029.
CFO Nico Reiner will step down at the end of 2025 after key financial achievements, with Mathias Breuer, currently part of Lenzing’s management team, set to succeed him on January 1, 2026.
The Supervisory Board praised both leaders’ contributions to stability and future growth.
