The new logistics policy by India’s Maharashtra state is likely to generate half a million direct and indirect jobs and $3.64 billion in revenues within a decade.
It will help develop 10,000 acres of infrastructure, including a global and a national mega logistics hub, five such state-level and regional hubs each, and 25 district logistics nodes near ports.
