NewMarket Corp has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Mars TopCo, parent of Calca Solutions, the leading US producer of UltraPure hydrazine used in aerospace propulsion and other sectors.
The deal, expected to close in 2025 pending regulatory clearance, strengthens NewMarket’s mission-critical chemicals portfolio and expands its defense and aerospace presence.
