Novopor Advanced Science, a Bain Capital portfolio company, has acquired US-based FAR Chemical to strengthen its integrated specialty chemicals and materials science CDMO platform.
The acquisition expands Novopor’s US presence, complex chemistry expertise and end-to-end capabilities across electronics, aerospace and defence, coatings, adhesives and specialty chemicals.
