Industrie Polieco has agreed to acquire 100 per cent of The Compound Company, a Dutch specialist in technical compounds and grafted polymers.
The deal adds over 100 employees and an expected €60 million (~$69.77 million) turnover in 2025, strengthening Polieco’s global reach and compounding capabilities as it targets €300 million (~$348.86 mn) in consolidated revenues.
