Quaker Houghton will acquire Japan-based Dipsol Chemicals for 23 billion JPY (~$153 million), expanding its surface treatment and plating solutions portfolio.
Dipsol, with $82 million revenue and 450 employees, strengthens Quaker Houghton’s presence in Asia-Pacific.
The deal, expected to close in Q2 2025, will be funded via existing credit facilities, and pending regulatory approvals.
