SCGC is advancing its Ethane Feedstock Enhancement Project at Vietnam’s LSP plant to cut costs, boost flexibility, and reduce emissions.
It secured a 15-year deal for 1 million tons of ethane annually from the US and chartered three Very Large Ethane Carriers with MOL.
Ethane storage and process upgrades are underway, with completion expected by 2027, aligning with the petrochemical market’s recovery.
