Last month, Bella Hadid fronted the first major campaign shot over FaceTime for French cool-girl brand Jacquemus. The shoot went viral – for all the right reasons – and now designer Simon Porte Jacquemus is back at it, except this time around he’s chosen someone a little closer to home to front the newest images. Overnight, Jacquemus debuted his latest shoot featuring none other than this grandmother Liline.
Sharing the images on Instagram, Jacquemus – who, in addition to Bella, has also worked closely with Gigi, Rosalia and Emily Ratajkowski – wrote that this shoot is “one of the most special [stories] for me.” In the photos, Liline can be seen sporting a variety of the brand’s ‘gram-worthy pieces, well and truly proving that style knows no age limits. There’s a fuchsia suit adorned with several of the brand’s handbags, and a white oversized suit that looks perfect against Liline’s hot pink fence in her backyard (we have so many questions about this – was it already there? When did she decide she wanted a hot pink fence? Why are you so cool Liline?). There’s also a voluminous green dress shot by a field that is truly beautiful, as well as some A-grade accessories close-ups.
If you’re looking for something to put a smile on your face today, we guarantee this will do it. See how the shoot played out in the carousels below:
