Shopping a selection as vast and ever-changing as Nordstrom’s, especially when the retailer is mid-sale and also launching new spring collections, is a big project to take on. That’s why I— someone who’s been navigating the Nordstrom website since, well, forever—prefer to take a more narrow approach to browsing the site. Specifically, I shop one brand at a time, deep-diving into its most-recent arrivals on the site, based on when they drop. That way, I can really take in the selection, rather than accidentally scrolling passed finds in an attempt to save time.

So, when I discovered that ASOS was about to drop a ton of new pieces on Nordstrom.com, I jumped at the chance to scour every last one, slowly picking out the best, most expensive-looking (my forever sartorial goal) picks from the selection. Ahead, find out which just-added and seriously trendy ASOS items are worth buying this season, all of which can be purchased for under-$100 at Nordstrom

An early, summer purchase.

When given the option, always pick plaid.

This dress deserves a night out.

It’s giving Scandinavian vibes.

This dress belongs in Uptown Girls.

Once summer weather arrives, all I want to wear are little tank dresses.
