Foreseeing a reduction in punitive US tariffs on imports from China from 145 per cent, President Donald Trump has said he expects substantive trade talks between the United States and China this weekend in Switzerland.
He said he would like to see China open up its economy as China had a ‘tremendous trade surplus’ with the United States and he wants that to change.
