UK’s clothing exports fell by 11.69 per cent YoY to £234 million (~$310.54 million) in February, reflecting weak European demand.
However, exports rose 3.53 per cent from January.
Textile fabric and fibre exports also showed mixed monthly trends.
For 2024, clothing exports declined 11.74 per cent to £3.32 billion, while textile fabric exports remained stable and fibre exports rose to £707 million.
