ASOS has successfully completed the sale of the Topshop and Topman brands to 24.8.2024 Limited, a joint venture.
HEARTLAND A/S, via its subsidiary AKTIESELSKABET AF 24.8.2024, now owns 75 per cent of the venture, while ASOS Holdings Limited retains the remaining 25 per cent.
This transaction, first announced on September 5, 2024, marks the finalisation of the brand sale.
