Researchers from the University of Cambridge have developed smart pyjamas with embedded fabric sensors that monitor sleep disorders, such as sleep apnoea, by detecting breathing patterns.
Using a lightweight AI algorithm, they achieve 98.6 per cent accuracy in identifying sleep states.
These comfortable, washable pyjamas allow for at-home monitoring.
