The UK and Vietnam have agreed to raise their bilateral ties to a comprehensive strategic partnership, strengthening six key cooperation pillars.
The pillars include economic, trade, investment and finance; science, tech, innovation, digital transformation and health; and environment, energy and green transition.
General secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam visited the UK on 28-30 October.
