Helen Ashton will step down as JD Sports’ non-executive director and chair of the audit and risk committee to focus on other commitments.
Since joining in November 2021, she led major governance reforms and improvements in finance, risk, and legal systems.
Chair Andy Higginson thanked her for her impactful contribution and leadership.
