JD Sports has appointed Sarah Kuijlaars as an independent non-executive director effective November 10, 2025.
She will join the Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees, and will become chair of the Audit and Risk Committee on June 1, 2026, succeeding Ian Dyson.
Kuijlaars is currently CFO of Tate & Lyle and brings extensive international finance and governance experience.
