ASP Isotopes has completed its acquisition of Renergen, forming a combined company focused on critical isotopes and liquid helium.
Integrating enrichment technology with Renergen’s Virginia Gas helium project, backed by US DFC funding, the group aims to meet rising demand from semiconductors, quantum computing, AI and clean energy markets worldwide.
