Corteva and bp have launched Etlas, a 50:50 joint venture to produce crop-based feedstocks for sustainable aviation fuel and renewable diesel.
Using intermediate crops like canola and sunflower on existing farmland, Etlas targets one million tonnes a year by the mid-2030s, with initial supply starting in 2027 to meet rising biofuel demand.
