Dow and Carbice have announced a partnership combining Dow’s silicone expertise with Carbice’s carbon nanotube (CNT) technology to develop thermal interface materials (TIM).
Unveiled at The Battery Show North America, the collaboration aims to improve heat management in industries like e-mobility and semiconductors, with products launching in 2025.
