The US economy is projected to outperform economist expectations again in 2025, according to Goldman Sachs Research, which predicts the country’s GDP will grow by 2.5 per cent on a full-year basis.
“Recession fears have diminished, inflation is trending back toward 2 per cent, and the labour market has rebalanced but remains strong,” wrote David Mericle, the company’s chief US economist, in a report.
