US textile and apparel exports remained nearly flat at $5.676 billion in January–March 2025, down just 0.13 per cent year-on-year.
Shipments to Mexico, Honduras, and China declined, while exports to Canada, the Netherlands, and Japan rose.
Apparel exports fell by 3.95 per cent, but fabric exports grew by 2.47 per cent.
In 2024, total exports stood at $22.617 billion, 2.98 per cent lower than in 2023.
