US net sales of Upland cotton for the 2024-25 season increased by 9 per cent, totalling 95,800 RB, with notable sales to Vietnam, Pakistan, and China.
Exports rose by 35 per cent.
Pima cotton sales, however, fell by 13 per cent, amounting to 9,500 RB, with India as the primary buyer.
Exports of Pima decreased by 8 per cent. Malaysia and Japan saw reduced Upland cotton sales.
