The Walter Reiners Foundation honoured five young engineers at the Aachen-Dresden-Denkendorf Conference, awarding sustainability and promotion prizes for bachelor, master and diploma theses.
Winning topics included textile recycling, improving recycled fibre quality, FEM analysis in weaving, forming multiaxial fabrics, and enhancing the sustainability of carbon fibre production.
