Vietnam and the EU have announced upgrading their relationship to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, strengthening economic, trade and investment relations and climate action.
The announcement came during the official visit of President of the European Council Antonio Costa to the country.
Discussions also addressed shared priorities like resilience of supply chains.
