Making its royal debut in Canada, Alexander McQueen has opened a location in Toronto’s Yorkdale Shopping Centre. Conceived by creative director Sarah Burton in collaboration with architect Smiljan Radic, the concept for the store was inspired by nature, and the interior is immersed in natural materials, including wood from oak and walnut trees. Bringing a piece of the U.K. with them, the cylindrical glass change rooms are lined with tapestries designed by the brand’s studio in London. Don’t blame us if you drop a king’s ransom.
