2024 Uzbek textile sector export worth $2.9 bn; 10.6% of total exports

Uzbekistan exported nearly $2.9 billion worth of textile products last year, accounting for 10.6 per cent of the total exports.
Cotton yarn remained the largest export category, bringing in $1.237 billion.
Readymade textile products followed closely, with exports totaling $1.124 billion.
Knitted fabrics contributed $292.1 million, while fabric exports reached $145.9 million.
