Air Liquide Singapore and Aster Chemicals & Energy have signed an MOU to develop an Auto Thermal Reformer (ATR) unit in Singapore for low-carbon hydrogen production with integrated carbon capture.
Combining Air Liquide’s ATR expertise and Aster’s infrastructure, the project could support up to 99 per cent carbon capture and advance Singapore’s net-zero and hydrogen strategy.
