AkzoNobel has completed the sale of Akzo Nobel India Ltd to JSW Group, advancing its strategic portfolio review.
The €1.4 billion (~$1.64 billion) deal covers its India liquid paints business, while powder coatings and the research centre remain with AkzoNobel.
Leaders from both companies highlighted the opportunity to drive growth with the Dulux brand.
