Australia’s business conditions rebounded in June, with the NAB survey reporting a rise to 9 index points—the first trend increase in 2025. Business confidence hit its highest level in over a year.
Gains in trading, profitability, and employment were broad-based.
Capacity utilisation rose to 83.3 per cent, while input costs remained mixed.
NAB expects improving momentum going into H2 2025.
