Avery Dennison will acquire Meridian Adhesives’ US flooring adhesives business, including Taylor Adhesives, Polycom and Frontier Products, for $390 million.
With ~$110 million projected 2025 revenue, the Dalton, Georgia-based unit strengthens Avery Dennison’s Materials Group portfolio.
The deal, set to close in Q4, is not expected to impact 2025 EPS materially.
