Marks & Spencer Group plc has appointed Sean Doyle, chairman and CEO of British Airways, as a non-executive director effective December 1, 2025.
His appointment, alongside former Asda CEO Roger Burnley, is part of the board’s renewal under the Reshaping for Growth strategy.
