Japan and Cambodia recently convened the first joint coordinating committee (JCC) meeting to prepare a master plan to transform the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) into a primary regional gateway and logistics hub.
The project is part of the government’s strategy to enhance global competitiveness, reduce logistics costs and integrate the country deeper into regional and global supply chains.
