The consumer price index-based inflation rate in Germany was 2 per cent in July, the Federal Statistical Office said.
Compared with June 2025, consumer prices rose by 0.3 per cent in July.
The prices of energy products were 3.4 per cent lower YoY in the month.
The core inflation rate was 2.7 per cent in July, as it was in June 2025.
