Ecobat has finalised the sale of its battery and polypropylene recycling business in Italy to Haiki + S.p.A., covering sites in Marcianise, Paderno Dugnano, and Bologna.
This marks Ecobat’s exit from the Italian market and supports its strategy to optimise its geographic footprint and enhance shareholder value.
