Egypt has not suspended exports to Gulf nations despite regional logistical disruptions, its Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade said, rejecting media reports.
Safaga Port on the Red Sea has served as an alternative gateway for Egyptian exports affected by the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, it said.
Officials, however, said international trade flows may experience limited and short-term delays.
