Encina Development Group and BASF have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to support the development of Encina’s planned circular chemicals facility on the US Gulf Coast.
BASF will provide advisory support on procurement and project execution while exploring future equity participation.
The partnership aims to expand circular feedstock use across packaging, textiles, automotive and consumer sectors.
