EU has recorded a €28.4 billion (~$33.51 billion) goods trade surplus with non-EU countries in Q4 2025, extending the positive balance seen since Q3 2023 after earlier energy-driven deficits.
Surpluses in several product categories supported the outcome, despite deficits in energy, other manufactured goods and raw materials.
Imports fell 1.4 per cent and exports declined 0.8 per cent.
