EV Group has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Poland-based specialty chemicals distributor Cornelius Polska.
Founded in 2007, the Warsaw-headquartered firm serves beauty, food and industrial markets, employs 28 people, and reported €16 million (~$19.18 million) revenue in 2025.
The deal strengthens EV Group’s European presence and growth potential, with completion expected in Q1 2026.
