Kemira has agreed to acquire Germany-based coagulant producer SIDRA Wasserchemie for approximately €75 million (~$89 million), subject to regulatory approval.
SIDRA generated €40 million in revenue and €10 million EBITDA in 2024.
The deal strengthens Kemira’s water solutions business in western and central Europe and supports its growth strategy.
