Fluor Corporation has been selected by America First Refining to carry out FEED for a new refinery in Texas, marking the first such project in the US in over 50 years.
The facility will process over 60 million barrels annually of shale oil into fuels, supporting domestic energy resilience and cleaner, efficient refining technologies.
The contract will be recognised in Q1 2026.
