Technip Energies has completed the acquisition of Ecovyst’s Advanced Materials & Catalysts business, expanding its advanced catalysts portfolio and strengthening its technology, products and services segment.
The deal adds 330 employees and three facilities, delivers immediate earnings accretion, and boosts growth in sustainable fuels, circular chemistry & carbon capture.
