Specialty chemicals company LANXESS has announced a global price increase of around 20 per cent for 1,6-Hexanediol with immediate effect.
The company cited rising production costs, including significantly higher energy and raw material prices.
Despite efforts to absorb these costs, the adjustment is needed to ensure reliable supply and maintain long-term operational sustainability.
