India’s WPI inflation rose to 2.13 per cent YoY in February 2026, up from 1.81 per cent in January, driven by higher prices of manufactured goods and textiles.
The WPI index increased to 158.2, while MoM inflation stood at 0.25 per cent.
Textile prices rose 0.71 per cent MoM, with annual textile inflation accelerating to 3.29 per cent, indicating rising producer-side price pressures.
