Maximilian Kleinert has been appointed to the Management Board of Manufactum GmbH effective September 1, 2025, joining Alexander Peters and Kai Steffan.
He will drive growth in expansion markets such as Benelux and Denmark.
A seasoned Otto Group strategist, Kleinert has led portfolio projects and tech transformations.
The move supports Otto’s plan to scale business models across Europe and the US.
