As India and Canada launched talks in New Delhi yesterday for the planned Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, its terms of reference (ToR) were signed by Indian Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal and Canadian Minister of International Trade Maninder Sidhu.
The ToR will provide format, frequency and approach to the talks, which would cover trade in goods, services and other areas.
