India’s CBIC has extended relief measures for export cargo till March 31 amid disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz.
It expanded LCL trans-shipment to all notified ports and eased handling of returned consignments. Containers can be unloaded without standard import procedures, subject to document checks and seal verification, to ensure smoother cargo movement.
