India’s wholesale price inflation eased to 0.13 per cent in September 2025 from 0.52 per cent in August, as per the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Month-over-month WPI declined by 0.19 per cent.
Inflation stayed positive mainly due to higher prices of food products, textiles, and transport equipment.
While the manufactured products index rose 0.21 per cent, primary articles and fuel both declined.
