Bangladesh’s interim government has approved a new Import Policy Order for 2025-2028 along with several other ordinances aimed at strengthening trade facilitation, expanding legal protections for women and updating regulatory frameworks across multiple sectors.
The policy will accelerate export growth, make it easier to engage in business and also addresses issues related to free trade zones.
