OTB Group has completed the acquisition of 100% of Viktor&Rolf, strengthening its position in the luxury fashion sector.
The deal builds on a partnership that began in 2008 and ensures founders Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren remain creative directors.
Known for avant-garde couture and successful fragrances, Viktor&Rolf will continue its growth under OTB’s ownership.
